We need to fall back in love with cities. They're flawed, never finished, breathing and the futures we want, depend on all of us caring again.
I’m not what you’d really call an ‘urbanist’, and I don’t really like the term either, it’s a bit academic for me. But I’m really into how cities shape and influence how we live, work, play, shop, love, learn, exercise, eat, drink, find community and so on. Partly, because we haven’t shown our cities much love or care in recent times.
