I’m not what you’d really call an ‘urbanist’, and I don’t really like the term either, it’s a bit academic for me. But I’m really into how cities shape and influence how we live, work, play, shop, love, learn, exercise, eat, drink, find community and so on. Partly, because we haven’t shown our cities much love or care in recent times.

It’s something I’ve been thinking and learn about a lot more as I write my other

Substack … and basically how any organisation, whether it’s a bank, retailer, property developer, energy company, tech startup, public sector organisation … anything really, needs to show a bit more love and care for cities, their futures and see them as a bit of an innovation engine.
